GENERAL INFORMATION
* KCBS Sanctioned (3rd Year)
* State Championship
* $5,000 in Prize Money. Prize money to 5th Place
* Awards to 10th Place
* 48 spots available, all 20’X40’, all grass
* 20 AMP Electric & Water to all 48 spots
* Showers Saturday AM
* Park like atmosphere, music, food, beverages. Ice available.
* Setup Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM only. ( If you plan to arrive early, please call ahead.)
CONTEST CATEGORIES
KCBS:
* Chicken * Ribs * Pork Shoulder * Beef Brisket
* Entry fee is $150 total for all four categories
* Late Fee of $25 after July 1, 2008s.
(You must enter all four KCBS categories to qualify for the Grand/Reserve Champion. Only the four KCBS categories count towards Grand/Reserve Champion. )
FUN:
* Anything But
* Entry fee is $10.00 Extra, Winner takes all.
KIDS Q
* Turn in Friday at 7:00PM
* Meat will be Sausage provided by PS Seasonings, Iron Ridge, WI
